
William Sutherland - Pastor

Bill became pastor of FPC in August 2005. He received a Masters of Divinity, Cum Laude from Covenant Theological Seminary in St. Louis, MO and holds a B.A. from the University of Virginia. Prior to coming to Faith, Bill served for ten years as an associate pastor in College Park, MD. A native of Pittsburgh, PA, he has lived in the Maryland suburbs of DC for more than 25 years, working in business for Bell Atlantic Corporation prior to attending seminary. He and his wife, Christa, have been married for 30 years and have 3 adult children. Bill has coached numerous soccer and basketball teams for the the Olney Boys and Girls Club, has been a member of the Olney Rotary Club, and has served as guest professor of practical theology for the Reformed Theological Seminary - Washington, DC. He served on the board of World Witness, the foreign missions agency of the Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church. He enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 children, reading, gardening, jogging, watching sports and movies, hiking, yearly trips to the beach and foreign travel.

Rebekah Mohr - Administrative Assistant
Rebekah has served as administrative assistant since the summer of 2021. She is married to Philip, a PhD student at The Catholic University of America, and has one son. She and Philip met at St. John’s College in Annapolis and they both recently received their Masters of Divinity from Westminster Theological Seminary in Philadelphia.
Christine Gormley - Pianist

Christine Gormley serves as the pianist for Faith Presbyterian Church. She has enjoyed playing the piano since she was 6 years old and has played for several churches. She works part time in Montgomery County Public Schools as an elementary ESOL teacher. Christine is married and has two young sons. Before having children, Christine lived in or visited 21 different countries, including China and Poland. She loves to meet people who come from around the world both here in Montgomery County and also at Faith.
